The Racha

The Racha is the only facility on this list that is not located in the northeast part of Phuket Island.

It is located on Rocha Island, which is 12 miles south of Phuket, a 35 minute speedboat trip from Chalong Bay.

There are 70 villas in the resort.

Four restaurants, including one right on the beach, are maintained, as are two swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts,  and a library.

The resort promotes water sports education and provides instruction, transportation and equipment. Rates start at around 11,000 baht a night.
