Phuket Zoo, Thailand
The Phuket Zoo is located near the north end of Chalong Bay.
It has a fairly good representation of animals – tigers, elephants, monkeys, crocodiles, camels, birds, fish, etc. - and is located in a nice natural setting, complete with gardens and waterfalls.
Many of the different animals – elephants and monkeys, for example – have been trained to perform and several shows are held daily.
The zoo is open from 8:30 to 6:00 PM daily. Entrance Fee: 500 baht.
Daily Shows & Show Time
- Monkey Shows : 09.00, 12.00, 14.30 and 16.45 hrs.
- Crocodile Shows : 09.45, 12.45, 15.15 and 17.30 hrs.
- Elephant Shows : 10.30, 13.30 and 16.00 hrs.
